The International Congress on Advances in Nuclear Power Plants (ICAPP) provides a forum for leaders of the nuclear community to exchange information, present results from their work, review the state of the industry, and discuss future directions and needs for the deployment of new nuclear power plant systems around the world.

In April 2023, the 2023 International Congress on Advances in Nuclear Power Plants will take place in Gyeongju, the millennial capital city of Silla Dynasty of Korea (57 BC – 935 AD). Endowed with Korea’s long history and traditional culture, Gyeongju boasts four UNESCO world heritages: Seokguram Grotto, Bulguksa Temple, Gyeongju Historic Area, and Yangdong Village. The congress promises to be the largest and most successful ICAPP in both technical contents and side programs of cultural and historical nature, after the pandemic.

We welcome you all to ICAPP 2023 and encourage you to bring your family and friends to sample the culture of Korea in the midst of splendor of Gyeongju.

Introduction

Hwang Nyong won(皇龍院) is a corporate training center for moral culture and education of awareness and well known landmark in the city of Gyeongju for its architecture of Jung-do towel that displays mix of modern scientific construction technology and ancestors’ unique artistry. Its located in the center of Hwang Nyong won and built by using format of famous Shilla age’s famous monument 9 stories Hwang Nyong towel.

Hwang Nyong won was established with five purposes: to inherit our correct traditions and moral culture to modern people, to develop programs to promote our traditional culture, to organize corporate and social seminar, to promote self-development and meditation courses for citizen and student, and to enhance modern life quality through facilitate humanities study and various cultural event and exhibitions.
